Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Basic understanding of construction processes is preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
