Position Overview:

We’re seeking an associate to gain hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall, tile installation, home repairs, and general property maintenance. This is a flexible part-time/contract position with the potential to become full-time as we continue to expand in the community. This position reports to the Project Manager and Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide variety of residential repair and renovation tasks with professionalism, pride, and quality Work with materials such as wood, drywall, tile, and light plumbing/electrical and maintain a clean and safe work site Use and care for tools and equipment and follow company systems, processes, and safety procedures Take ownership of your work and leave the jobsite better than how you found it Follow job instructions and timeframes from the Project Manager Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism on every job Communicate effectively with clients and the Patriot of All Trades team Complete jobs independently or as part of a team, depending on the project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• All job hours and notes logged correctly
• Customer Satisfaction Survey above 8
• Arrive to work on time and communicate clearly
• Accidents or equipment damage reported immediately
• Work completed within expected timeframes
• Sites left clean and all waste disposed of properly
• Office notified if return visit is required

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass background check and provide previous employment references Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work efficiently Own tools are a plus but not required Must be able to work indoors or outdoors in residential environments Why Join Patriot of All Trades?
