In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting with various tasks to ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the successful execution of construction activities. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various construction tasks. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Participate in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, forms, and other structures. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations is preferred. Ability to follow directions accurately and work well in a team environment. Good communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors and coworkers. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
