https://www.mahncustomhomes.com/ We’re hiring a General Construction Laborer to support daily field operations across our custom home and renovation projects. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to contribute meaningfully to each project’s success. You’ll work with our project managers and trades to ensure quality craftsmanship, maintain safe and clean job sites, and deliver the high-touch service our clients expect. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation and cleanup Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Perform light framing, drywall, siding, and other basic carpentry/repair tasks Support trades and project managers with a variety of building and finishing tasks Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and client-ready at all times Demonstrate respect for job sites, client homes, and neighborhoods Wear company gear and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance Represent Mahn Custom Homes with pride, responsibility, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
