General Construction Laborer TByington Contracting 13375 State Route B, Sainte Genevieve, MO 63670 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety on the construction site. This role involves various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. No prior experience? No Problem. We’re willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. Responsibilities Report to work in a timely manner Assist in building structures according to specifications and blueprints. Assist with all phases of construction projects, including but not limited to, demolition, framing, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, and finish work. Load and unload materials and equipment as designated by the foreman. Restore existing structures as needed, applying appropriate techniques for repairs. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when required. Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met on time. Experience/Qualifications Previous experience in construction labor or related fields is preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience in flooring installation, door hanging, plumbing, restoration, heavy equipment operation, hand tools usage, and roofing is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
