The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car wraps, fleet graphics, and flat vinyl applications. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning and prepping for installation. Accurately measure, cut, and apply vinyl wraps and graphics to vehicles and flat/compound surfaces. Install signs, digital prints, and graphics according to design specifications and customer requirements. Operate industry-standard tools (squeegees, rollers, heat guns) to ensure flawless application. Identify and correct post-installation issues such as bubbles, misalignments, and imperfections. Work on-site and in-house installations, including vehicle wraps, interior graphics, and fleet branding. Maintain a clean, organized workspace, both on-site and in the company installation bay. Assist with in-house production tasks when needed. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all client interactions. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in vinyl installation (vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage). Proficiency in vinyl cutting, trimming, heating, and application techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Familiarity with different types of vinyl materials and surface types. Knowledge of vehicle anatomy and different car models is a plus. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions and heights. Comfortable working on scaffolds, ladders, and lifts when required. Mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. Organized and capable of managing tasks independently and efficiently. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major moving violations in the last 2 years). Ability to pass a basic vinyl installation test. Why Join Us?
