In this role, you will assist with various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn new skills while contributing to a positive work environment. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in performing their tasks effectively. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Help with the setup and breakdown of job sites. Perform general labor tasks as required, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Qualifications Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Basic knowledge of construction or manual labor is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities. A team player with a positive attitude towards work and colleagues. Must be able to pass any required background checks or pre-employment screenings.
