Looking to work with your hands, stay active, and learn a solid trade? We’re hiring dependable full-time laborers to join our small, family-owned construction crew based in Newland, NC.

What We’re Looking For:
  • No experience necessary — we’re happy to train the right person!
  • Reliable and ready to work outdoors in all seasons
  • Must have transportation to and from the business
  • Some experience with basic hand tools (ex. You know how to use a shovel)
  • Able to follow instructions and work well with others
  • Carpentry experience a major plus
  • Must have 1-2 good references
