PureGreen Land Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Irrigation Foreman for our Landscape Construction Division. The ideal candidate should have experience leading teams to provide quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all team members are present before leaving the shop for the day Ensure your schedule is productive and efficiently planned the day prior Ensure all equipment and trucks are full of fuel at the end of each day Communicate daily progress with a direct supervisor at the end of each day Ensure all needed materials are ready the day/week before performing work Communicate with the direct supervisor on any material and or job site needs Ensure all team members take all safety precautions throughout any project Layout the irrigation system before installation Ensure all irrigation is being installed properly and promptly Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each day and upon completion of the project Ensure equipment is properly maintained Ensure truck and equipment are thoroughly cleaned at the end of each work week

Experience and Skills:

Valid driver’s license Ability to read and understand irrigation blueprints Ability to install commercial irrigation systems Ability to understand when to make field adjustments to the irrigation system design Knowledge of 2-wire and conventional wired irrigation systems Ability to use and operate trencher machines Understanding of job site safety of installation tasks Ability to work through on-site obstacles Thorough communication skills with team members and management Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Availability to work weekends and overtime Ability to train other team members Attention to detail

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, Some weekends as needed
