Construction Worker Confidential Concord, NC 28027 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site. Duties Perform a variety of tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety measures. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Previous heavy equipment operation experience a plus Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong understanding of safety practices in a construction environment. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours as needed.
