Construction Laborer Group 21 LLC 808 North Main Street, Lexington, NC 27292 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will play a vital part in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn on the job. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Help skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the project duration. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
