Insulation Laborer Position Available In Guilford, North Carolina

Insulation Laborer Spray Foam Genie Greensboro Greensboro, NC 27427 We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an insulation laborer with the opportunity for advancement. Our team of trained technicians is committed to installing and applying new spray foam insulation. At Spray Foam Genie, we prioritize safety and cleanliness to ensure that our service exceeds your expectations. Our technicians are highly trained to provide you with unbeatable service and complete customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for learning the complete process of spray foam insulation, applying spray foam insulation, preparing structures for insulation, and driving a truck and trailer to and from job sites.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical skills, general carpentry skills, and basic construction knowledge. Experience with insulation, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing is highly desirable. Painting experience is also helpful. Backing a truck and trailer is important to our jobsite safety. Experience in spray foam for commercial or residential applications is preferred, but not required, as we will provide training for all new employees.

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and agile, with the ability to work in tight attics and crawl spaces. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently. Must be able to work in hot summer conditions in a construction environment. Must be punctual, organized, and efficient. The candidate must also maintain a clean and professional appearance and a positive attitude. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check and an entry drug test. Random drug screenings may be performed as needed.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive rate and a positive work environment. Hourly rate of $15-$17 based on experience and performance and market dependent. Overtime availability varies.
