Overview:
We are currently looking for skilled laborers to assist with a variety of residential construction projects. Ideal candidates are experienced, dependable, and able to jump into different types of hands-on work. You’ll be working on-site with a team of professionals, as well as independently on certain tasks. This is a 1099 position — you’ll be working as an independent contractor.

We specialize in residential construction services including masonry, concrete, grading, hardscaping, landscaping, carpentry, painting, roofing, tile, flooring, renovations/remodeling, and repairs/restorations. Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup, execution, and cleanup of job sites Perform physical labor across a wide range of trades, including masonry, carpentry, tile work, landscaping, and more Safely use hand tools and power tools Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and clients when necessary Complete tasks with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Adapt to changing job requirements and project scopes
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or skilled labor preferred (but not required) Must be comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools Strong physical stamina — must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Must adhere to safety protocols and company standards. Having your own tools is preferred, but not required – tools can be provided as needed.
