Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Technician to join our team. This position involves working on-site performing crawlspace and basement waterproofing, structural repairs, sump pump installations, and related work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, customer-service driven, and comfortable communicating with both English and Spanish-speaking clients and crew members.

Responsibilities:

Perform crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and foundation repair tasks to company standards. Install drainage systems, vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, sump pumps, piers, and wall stabilization systems. Interpret work orders and follow project scopes and specifications. Communicate effectively with homeowners, foremen, and team members. Translate work instructions or client needs for non-English-speaking team members or clients. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with training new crew members as needed. Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. 2+ year experience in construction, waterproofing, or foundation work (preferred but not required). Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces) and lift up to 80 lbs. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the region.
