The role involves installing siding, soffit/facia, trim, flooring, etc. Also completing final construction and finishing work, including installations, to ensure the restaurant meets quality standards and is ready for opening.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry work, siding, framing Install fixtures, trim, hardware, shelving, bathroom accessories, and cabinets as directed Perform demo work, including crawl space repair/renovation Address punch list items including touch-ups, repairs, and adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Assist with material handling and site organization. Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

2yrs minimum Carpentry experience Experience with general construction/remodel work Familiarity with basic tools, installation techniques, and construction processes. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation required.
