The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of construction. This role involves assisting in multiple tasks on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Assist in concrete forming and finishing tasks to ensure structural integrity. Support construction estimating efforts by providing accurate measurements and material counts. Perform caulking duties to seal joints and gaps in various structures. Aid in cabinet installation, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings. Collaborate with the construction management team to follow project timelines and specifications. Execute trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings and baseboards. Handle drywall installation and finishing, ensuring smooth surfaces for painting or other finishes. Apply plaster for wall finishes, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
