Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required for daily operations. Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks such as framing, roofing, or concrete work. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Experience Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
