Construction Laborer Fun Outdoor Living 1801 Tower Industrial Drive, Monroe, NC 28110 Join our team at Fun Outdoor Living, a leading outdoor living provider, as a Construction Crew Member (laborer). We’re looking for individuals who are committed to teamwork, dependability, and maintaining high standards in construction practices. Having a Driver’s license with a good record for over 3 years is required.

CONSTRUCTION

Can you operate various tools and equipment, including: laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc. Mix, pour, and spread mortar or concrete. Assist in the construction of walkways, fences, decks, posts, etc. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete construction projects. Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying. Comply with all company policies and regulations Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various construction practices Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record for minimum 3 years. Be dependable, willing to work with a positive attitude and desire to excel!
