Subcontractor/Laborer Exterior Additions 315 Unionville Indian Trail Rd W, Indian Trail, NC 28079 Subcontractor Framing Crew

• Decks & Porches We are a well-established company with over 25 years in business as Exterior Additions, specializing exclusively in decks and porches.

We offer consistent, year-round work and are currently looking for reliable, experienced subcontracted framing crews to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-man crew (Crew leader is responsible for managing and paying their helper)
• Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and valid Workers Comp & Liability Insurance
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in deck and porch framing
• Must be skilled in all aspects of porch construction — including rough framing, finished carpentry, and exterior trim details
• Clean-cut, professional appearance
• our projects are in residential neighborhoods and presentation matters
• Paid per project, with weekly payouts
• Must be able to work within a 25-mile radius of Indian Trail, NC (Most projects are located in Mecklenburg and Union County) We take pride in delivering high-quality work and dependable service.
