Erosion Control Team Member in Training (Quality Control) Kelly’s North Carolina Erosion Control Apex, NC 27523 Are you looking to learn a new trade with easy entry and on the job training? We are seeking construction laborers and small machine operators to work on erosion control teams throughout the Raleigh area. Fast advancement is available. Responsibilities:
Assist with various construction tasks such as installing and/or repairing various erosion control devices, including silt fence, silt fence outlets, temporary driveways, tree protection fence, seed & straw, and erosion control matting. Follow instructions from supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the job site. •

Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
