Your Day-to-Day:

You’ll lead a tight-knit crew of 2-6, making sure each project runs smoothly, from blueprint to breathtaking finish.

You’ll:

Manage daily job site operations and assign tasks Read plans like a pro and bring them to life Run equipment (skid steers, trenchers, compactors, etc.) Keep safety front and center Troubleshoot on the fly and keep things moving Mentor your team and elevate their skills Be the go-to for both clients and our leadership team You’re a

Fit If You Have:

3+ years of landscape construction experience (hardscape, grading, drainage, planting, you know the drill) Supervisor chops and leadership skills Blueprint reading skills that impress Equipment experience A valid driver’s license (CDL is a big plus) Solid communication and problem-solving game What’s in It for
