Construction Laborer Fortin’s Property Management Goffstown, NH 03045 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks. Roofing, sheet rock, mudding, building, painting, etc. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and commitment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team or independantly. Good communication skills. Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
