Construction Worker Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Semi-Skilled Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge, hands-on experience with tools and materials, and a strong work ethic. This position supports various tasks on-site, from assisting skilled trades to general labor duties. Reliable transportation is a must , as punctuality and dependability are critical to job site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, and minor carpentry. Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Operate hand and power tools under supervision. Follow directions from supervisors and site managers. Perform demolition, prep work, and site cleanup as required. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in construction or related field preferred. Working knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable transportation to and from job sites (required). Valid driver’s license preferred. Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

Work Conditions:

Outdoor and indoor work sites. May include exposure to noise, dust, and changing weather conditions. PPE provided as needed.

Job Types:

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
