Job description:
- Contribute to team success by assisting other workers with daily tasks and adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure buildings are safe to inhabit by monitoring the integrity of each building site.
- Cleaning up worksite at the end of each day.
- Effectively communicate with owner and site supervisor to ensure tasks are performed in a timely manner.
- Report any irregularities and/or problems to site supervisor and owner.
Requirements:
- Have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with owner, site supervisor and subcontractors.
- Motivated team player.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
- Level-headed, logical thinker.
