Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Decal Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing vinyl decals, wraps, and graphics on various surfaces including vehicles, windows, walls, and signage. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply vinyl graphics and decals to vehicles, windows, walls, and other surfaces Ensure proper surface preparation before application (cleaning, measuring, and aligning) Use installation tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and cutting equipment Operate safely in both indoor and outdoor environments Travel to on-site installations as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate clearly with team members and clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working with your hands and using ladders or lifts Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct Experience with vinyl graphics or signage is a plus (but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in decal installation or a similar field (e.g., sign installation, vehicle wrapping) Knowledge of different types of vinyl and their application techniques Familiarity with design or cutting software (like Adobe Illustrator or Roland/Cricut plotters)
