General Construction Laborer Crystal Blue Pool Renovation 437 Woodbury Glassboro Road, Sewell, NJ 08080 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are looking to develop their skills in the construction industry. Duties Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment. Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs. Help with the installation and renovation of inground pools. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
