Construction/Landscaping Laborer Sprout Works Construction & Landscaping Germantown, NY 12526 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves physical labor and requires the ability to work in various weather conditions. As a Landscape Laborer, you will contribute to the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of landscaping features such as plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscapes. Perform routine maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, and mulching. Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Follow directions from supervisors to ensure quality work is completed on time. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals while adhering to safety standards. Experience Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic landscaping tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
