• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)

• Job Summary:

• We are hiring a Construction Laborer to support skilled trades on commercial building and concrete projects. This role involves general labor, material handling, site clean-up, and assisting with concrete work and form building.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Assist skilled workers with tools and materials on-site+ Help pour concrete and build forms+ Move materials and maintain a clean, organized job site+ Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when working at heights

• Qualifications:

• + Consistent work history with reliable attendance+ Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly+ Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet on scaffolding+ Experience using hand tools and basic carpentry skills

• Preferred Experience:

• + Work history in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work+ Familiarity with concrete, cement, and forklift operation+ Assembly or mechanical skills+ OSHA 10 certification

• Work Environment:

• + Outdoor job sites with a top NYS mason contractor+ Team-oriented environment with hands-on leadership+ Growing crew (currently 20+ workers) with plans to expand
