LABORER – JOIN THE GEM TEAM GEM LLC
is looking for a dependable, hard-working General Laborer to join our crew. We’re a Marine Corps veteran-owned remodeling company that takes pride in quality work and doing things right the first time.
What We Do:
We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, interior renovations, and finish work like trim, flooring, and cabinet installs. We also take on light handyman work when it fits our schedule — but our main focus is full remodels done with care and precision.

4-Day Work Week – Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days = 3-day weekends Additional hours available for the right candidate Steady, year-round work A company built on discipline, quality, and integrity A long-term opportunity — not just a temporary job
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from job sites Willingness to learn, work hard, and follow direction Positive attitude and solid work ethic Experience not required — we’re willing to train Must be willing to prove themselves during a probationary period Don’t waste our time if you’re not serious
