Takes pride in doing honest work every day. Has a minimum of 1 year experience in construction/building. (preferred but not required). Has a basic understanding of job site safety. OSHA 10 certification will be required within 6 months of hire date (we will assist with this). Can read a tape measure accurately. Team Leader Blueprint Reading Framing Sheet metal work Roofing Siding Carpentry Can work hand tools safely with good awareness of surroundings. Accurately track and note all damaged materials or overages/shortages to be reported by the end of that working day to Crew Leader. Basic understanding of power tools and how to operate safely. Can cooperate & execute in anticipation or foresight of the work at hand. Demonstrates initiative & desire to help/serve.
