Taconic Builders is currently seeking 2-3 experienced and reliable skilled laborers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction, strong communication skills, and a proven record of reliability and safety on job sites.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various construction tasks using hand and power tools Support site supervisors and skilled trades as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

Fluent English speaker (verbal communication is essential) Minimum 5 years of experience in general construction labor Basic tool knowledge and hands-on skills required Current OSHA certifications, including: Scaffold user certification 62-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) card Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
