As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as required. Participate in site cleanup at the end of each workday. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
