Construction Laborer – Clifton Park, NY ???? Contract-to-Hire | ???? Full-Time Are you ready to kickstart a rewarding career in construction? What You’ll Do As a Construction Laborer, you’ll play a key role in helping build high-quality homes. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople and contribute to every stage of the construction process.
Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials. Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials. Operating basic hand and power tools safely. Assisting with framing, drywall, concrete work, and more. Digging, leveling, and grading for foundations and landscaping. Installing temporary structures like scaffolding and safety barriers. Keeping the site clean, organized, and hazard-free. Supporting final site cleanup and inspection prep. What You Bring 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction, roofing, or as a carpenter’s helper. Familiarity with basic carpentry tools and job site safety. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather.
