Job Description
Construction Laborers 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Schoharie, NY The W.M. Schultz Construction Inc group of companies, is seeking skilled construction laborers, pipelayers and carpenters. Experience with ductile iron piping, process pipe installation, and concrete and form carpentry desired. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Our group of companies is a leader in the heavy civil construction industry with work on infrastructure projects in the transportation, water/wastewater, site development, and utility fields. Key Responsibilities:
Safely perform assigned tasks on active construction sites Assist with machinery and equipment Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE Use hand and power tools proficiently Assist with traffic control and equipment alignment as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience Willingness to travel to jobs within our market area OSHA 10-Hour Certification Clean, valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
