Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Construction Laborer to support our field and warehouse operations. This role involves assisting with pool and spa construction, delivering inventory to job sites, and performing general warehouse duties. Ideal candidates are physically fit, team-oriented, and eager to learn the pool trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with gunite and vinyl pool construction , renovations, and equipment installs Load and deliver materials and tools to job sites in company vehicles Support site setup and cleanup , including digging, trenching, and equipment staging Assist with liner installs, plumbing prep, concrete, coping, and backfilling Perform inventory checks, loading/unloading , and warehouse organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (training provided) Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor preferred Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to take direction Forklift experience a plus (or willing to learn)

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$20.00 – $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
