The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong work ethic. This role involves working on construction sites, performing a variety of labor-intensive tasks, and collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
• Perform construction of retaining walls, paver patios, and other site intensive work.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
• Engage in cutting pavers and stones with safety and craftsmanship
• Conduct masonry work, including laying pavers and blocks as needed.
• Ability to learn and grow with the crew and company
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Ability to operate skid steers and excavators. Not required but recommended) Preferred Requirements
• Previous experience on a construction site is preferred.
• Proficiency in using laser levels and understanding slopes of patios is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with patio and retaining wall installations
• Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
