About the Position… The Construction Laborer will responsible for performing tasks related to the company’s commercial and residential construction projects. This individual will be performing manual labor to ensure that job-sites are progressing and deadlines are being met as laid out by the Superintendent and Foreman. This individual will be assigned to job sites based out of the Boyertown, PA area. Report to the Superintendent/Foreman for daily work assignments. Operate company vehicles, material handlers, scissor lifts, rental equipment and including towing trailers and compressors. Assist Carpenters as required with various activities from rough carpentry to finish carpentry. Responsible for organizing and maintaining site storage trailers and equipment. Assist with other daily sitework tasks such as demolition and clean-up. Assist with renovations, fit-out work, and misc. labor tasks within Property Management related projects. What we are looking for from you… HS Diploma or GED is preferred but not required Previous experience in hands-on construction work is highly preferred Education/Experience at a Vo-Tech or Trade School is preferred but not required Be able to complete construction work, including but not limited to digging, lifting, climbing ladders and stairs, and entering trench excavations Must have basic hand tools to perform construction work Must have a valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation Safety Oriented
