Our company is currently searching for a Construction Laborer ! We are looking for a motivated self-starter to support taking the team to the next level. This position is fully onsite and will be located (primarily) at our Pioneer Crossing Landfill located in Birdsboro, PA .

What You Will Do:

Assist with onsite construction operations as instructed by supervisor Assist in remodeling tasks, including demolition and installation of new structures. Support flooring installation efforts, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting. Engage in frame carpentry activities, constructing frameworks for buildings. Operate heavy equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Set -up signs, cones , ect. around the work area to divert traffic. Ensure all safety rules and procedures are adhered to at all times. Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

You Have/Are:

Must be at least 18 years of age. A valid driver’s license. Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of remodeling techniques and practices is beneficial. Familiarity with stucco application methods is a plus. Experience in flooring installation is advantageous. Understanding of frame carpentry principles is desirable. Ability to conduct basic construction inspections for quality assurance. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment safely is preferred. Capability to read and comprehend schematics effectively is preferred Experience in masonry work is an asset but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety on the job site. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
