Responsibilities Assist in the construction and assembly of structures, including residential and commercial buildings. Perform masonry tasks, including bricklaying and block laying. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for transporting materials and equipment. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, and windows according to specifications. Carry out construction painting duties to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks on-site. Participate in construction estimating by assisting with material counts and project measurements. Engage in water damage restoration efforts as needed to repair affected areas. Conduct flooring installation tasks, including tile, carpet, or hardwood flooring. Apply stucco finishes to walls as part of exterior finishing work. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Skills Proficiency in masonry techniques and practices is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Experience with fixture installation in various settings is advantageous. Knowledge of construction painting methods and materials is beneficial. Strong maintenance person skills for performing diverse repair tasks on-site.
