Job Description
Laborer Seven Isles Capital 100 North Conahan Drive, Hazleton, PA 18201 We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to help support the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of our properties. This role is essential in ensuring that buildings, units, and common areas are safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of maintenance tasks and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, or containers Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, trash, or other hazards Assist with general maintenance and repair duties, including carpentry and painting Handle basic landscaping tasks such as lawn care, snow removal, and debris cleanup Ensure all work areas and maintenance tools are kept clean, safe, and organized Follow all safety policies and procedures while using tools and performing work Support other duties as assigned by
Property Manager Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in property maintenance or general handyman work preferred Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Working Conditions:
Work is performed outdoors or indoors depending on assignment Exposure to dust, dirt, loud noise, and varying temperatures Requires use of protective gear (gloves, boots, hard hats, etc.)
