Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with basic carpentry experience to assist in a variety of construction and maintenance tasks. This position involves physical labor, use of hand and power tools, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a team-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with framing, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials and tools
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and site instructions
Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Requirements:

Previous general labor experience required
Basic carpentry knowledge preferred (e.g., framing, cutting lumber, using saws)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
Dependable transportation and punctuality a must
High school diploma or GED preferred
