Position:
Landscape Construction Crew Member We’re looking for an experienced Crew Member to join our field team. This is not an entry-level position. You must have prior experience working for a landscape construction company and be familiar with site work, stonework, and hardscape installations. If you enjoy building outdoor spaces that people admire and use every day, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Assist in the construction and installation of patios, retaining walls, plantings, and site grading Safely operate tools and equipment including saws, compactors, skid steers, and more Follow site plans, grades, and material layouts with attention to detail Work efficiently with team members to meet project goals Maintain a clean and organized job site What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience with a professional landscape construction company Hands-on experience with hardscaping (stone, pavers, walls, etc.) Comfort using power tools and light machinery Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic If you’re experienced, hardworking, and want to be part of a team that builds some of the most thoughtfully designed landscapes in Rhode Island, apply today.
