The Laborer will work closely with supervisors and equipment operators to ensure the efficient, safe, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Clear debris, brush, rocks, and other materials from construction sites. Assist with surface preparation for paving, foundations, and other construction activities. Move, load, and unload construction materials such as concrete, lumber, steel, and other supplies. Operate basic construction tools (e.g., shovels, hammers, drills, saws). Support equipment operators as needed. Follow safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Always use the proper safety gear and report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors. Keep the job site clean and organized by picking up debris, maintaining tools, and properly storing materials.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or similar labor-intensive roles is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform physical labor and complete strenuous tasks. Capable of working in various weather conditions. Exposure to loud noise is expected. Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, lift, bend, and move objects. Ability to withstand long working hours. Willingness to travel locally with reliable transportation.
