Laborer (Foreman in Training) Sea Islands Crawlspace Beaufort, SC 29902 Job Overview Sea Islands Crawlspace is seeking a Laborer to assist in the completion of crawlspace and foundation projects around the Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head areas. The candidate will undergo a 90 day training period installing jobs with the crew. After 90 days, the candidate will be evaluated for a promotion to foreman. Projects include installing structural supports, wood rot repair, vapor barriers, insulation and microbial treatments. Duties arrive on time to work Monday-Friday Install jobs according to project specifications Learn and retain install methods Ensure projects are being installed on schedule Requirements some construction experience Carpentry experience is a plus Must have transportation and scdl Any experience working in a Crawlspace is a huge plus and will be taken into consideration when determining compensation Join our team as a Laborer where you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects while leading a dedicated workforce.
