You will be involved in various renovation tasks, assisting skilled workers and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to our high standards. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the demolition and removal of existing pool structures as required. Conduct installation and renovation tasks, including tile work, coping, electric, plumbing, plaster prep, and other finishes. Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency. Load and unload materials and equipment, safely transporting them to job sites as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow on-site. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Be proactive in learning new skills and asking questions to enhance your understanding of the renovation process. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor work is preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean history and have reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and take direction. Team player attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
