POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Construction of marine/heavy civil scopes of work including pile driving, concrete formwork, and heavy lifts Understands and complies with all Company safety policies and procedures while performing job duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Prior construction and rigging experience, preferred. Carpentry, barge work, machine skills, preferred. Ability to operate a wide range of hand and power tools. Strong interpersonal skills. Willing to work out of town and travel to project locations. Alert individual with good eyesight, hearing, balance, and physical strength. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Capable of working outside or on the water in variable climates, traversing large active construction sites, and working around welding, cutting, grinding, marine vessels, heavy equipment, cranes, dirt, dust, noise, and vibrations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, arms, shoulders, legs, reach with hands and arms and verbally communicate clearly. The employee is sometimes required to climb or balance. Ability to lift and or carry 50 lbs.
