Duties Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to demo, cleanup, framing, drywall installation, painting, tile, millwork, and flooring installation. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively on construction sites. Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. Be willing and able to learn other skilled trades such as electrical, and plumbing. Show up on time and ready to produce quality work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Experience Experience in the trades would be great, but aptitude and work ethic are essential. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is beneficial. Strong knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites.
