Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Spotter to join our team. As a Spotter, you will be responsible for assisting with traffic control and various loading and maintenance tasks as required in a transfer station. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time daily. If you are a hardworking individual with transfer station knowlege and /or experience, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
Ensure that workers and equipment are kept safe during loading and maintenance activities Collaborate with equipment operators and drivers to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow while inside transfer station Identify potential hazards and report them immediately to supervisors Monitor job site activities and take corrective actions when necessary Attend safety meetings and training sessions as per company policies Follow Safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
