Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Outside General Laborer to join our team in Greer, SC. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors all day , in all weather conditions — including heat, cold, wind, and rain . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment .
Responsibilities:
Unload live plant material from delivery trucks Move and stock live plant material to designated areas Load plant material onto outbound trucks for shipment Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) Stand and walk on gravel surfaces for the full shift Maintain speed and accuracy while handling delicate, live products
Requirements:
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Physically capable of lifting and moving 50 pounds repeatedly Able to stand, walk, and lift for the entire shift Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Team player with a positive attitude
