Position Overview Our Yard Associates help achieve world-class store performancewhile contributing to and supporting the overall branch strategy,performance, and growth. Yard Associates organize product fordeliveries to job sites and help maintain the overall organizationof the branch. What you’ll do: Unload nursery, irrigation, hardscape, and other landscapingproduct from incoming trucks. Load products into outbound vehicles, both customer andcompany. Replenish or move product at the branch as directed. Assist customers with product selection and provide additionalsupport when needed. Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement newtechnologies and ways of working to help positively impact businessperformance. Other duties as assigned. Work location 1165 Brockman McClimon Rd, Greer, SC 29651 Skills We Are Seeking Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis Must have a safety-minded work ethic Must be customer-focused and an enthusiastic, dependable teamplayer Must be ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologiesand ways of working Live Nursery or landscaping experience preferred Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish a plus Experience operating equipment such as a forklift, skid steer,or front-end loader also a plus
